In our Universal Association .. ye shall learn well to bear responsibility. Ye shall know how to carry on in the face of disappointment. Ye shall remain strong and awake when your human plans are thwarted and your purposes are temporarily defeated.

In our Universal Association .. ye shall learn how to be fair and just even in the face of injustice. Ye shall learn how to adjust your ideals of spiritual living to the practical demands of your earthly existence. Ye shall learn how to plan for the achievement of a higher and distant goal of idealism as you toil earnestly for the attainment of a nearer and immediate goal of necessity.

In our Universal Association .. ye shall be steadily acquiring the art of adjusting your aspirations to the commonplace demands of the human occasion. Ye shall very nearly master the technique of utilizing the life energies of the spiritual drive to turn the mechanism of material achievement.

In our Universal Association .. ye shall be slowly learning how to live the heavenly life while you continue on with the earthly existence.

More and more ye shall depend upon the ultimate guidance of your heavenly Father while you assume all your worldly roles. Ye shall become gradually more experienced in the skillful wresting of God victory from the very jaws of ephemeral defeat; you are learning how to transform daily the difficulties of time into the triumphs of eternity by separating the wheat of life from the chaff of circumstances and story .. developing rightly the husk of your personality character.

In our Universal Association .. ye shall be elevating your human drives and desires to meet the higher spirit-motivated drives and desires of the will of the Life of God.
