The Eternal Verities of your Preponderance
Temperance in all things consists in a rigid subjection to every inward feeling and power over thyselves.
The question for each of you to ask is, how to keep thine selfhood in the healthiest and happiest condition, so as to do most and best and live most and best.
The temperate are the most luxurious; for, by abstaining from some things it is surprising how many things you shall enjoy.
Verily I say unto you .. be thou strong and firm but flexible and compassionate; there is much folly in compromise. It is the virtue of moderation that is wanted; the restraining force of great principles and high purposes to keep you in check and hold you to what is highest and best in your nature and destiny.
Ye shall learn in our Universal Association .. the power to the rule of right reason: Be thou firm in thine steadfast faith and hope and charity .. unwavering in thine thoughts and feelings .. secure and stable in thine inclinations .. and impulsed unto the highest of labors wherein you serve the One Divine Influence high and low throughout the earth.
True service and pure work is Prayerful Intimacy Praiseful Worshipful Adorational Communion .. personal spiritual relations with the Living God.
This worshipful service is a medicine unto itself. No man nor woman is so miserable as she or he who are uncertain as to what they shall do with their time and space.
Good manners are good, and the power of accommodation to circumstances shall yield thee abundance and prosperity of the greater Life; but the privilege, the high prize of life, the crowning fortune of humankind, is to be born with a bias to some lofty pursuit which findeth you in the employment of reaching for your God Identity and fulfilling the Indwelling happiness of discovering the Living Spirit of Life whilst shaping your thoughts and feelings towards his nature, identity, character, and consciousness.
Service and the Progressive Advancement shall becometh your motivating fuel to rise above all things by thine faith glory .. thine love for God Almighty .. and he or she that creates intimacy with the Father's Life unto their full expression and experience shall findeth Me.
All that ye accomplish in this regard is enstamped with thine character.
Oh thou children of mine Universe Care .. there is a majesty in serving the very expansion of the Father's Life in all creatures.
Yet, begin with thine own creaturehood in the veritable establishment of the Kingdom of Life.
Realize the wonderfully close connection between this supreme dedication of service, and the development of true meanings, adhering values, sound viewpoints, all grown from out of the daily attunement with the Life in you.
Ye shall walk with the Universe Divine Minister .. the Mother and I. Ye shall serve and affirm God's ineffable goodness, truth, and beauty.
Yet, have no guess of the value of what ye do in the Father's name. Do it for it's own sake...
